Do I pay for postage and packaging?

If you spend more than £100, delivery is free. If you spend less than £100, our standard delivery charges are:

United Kingdom (including Channel Islands) – £4
International (including Republic of Ireland) – £10
Rest of the world – £14

We sometimes run special offers on our postage charges - if we do, we will clearly advertise the offer on the front page of our website, and at the checkout.


What delivery methods do you use?

We send all orders using Royal Mail, the UK's national postal service. For orders to UK addresses, we use the "Tracked 48" service. For orders outside the UK, we use the "International Signed For" service. 
The tracked service doesn't require a signature, the international service will mean someone has to physically be there to receive your parcel.

If you live outside the EU your country may charge you tax on your Kiss Me Deadly items when they arrive. Sorry!


Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order on the Royal Mail website. When we send your order, we will send you an automatic confirmation email which will contain the tracking number for the package. Royal Mail also provides a list of ways to track your package for packages sent outside the UK.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Royal Mail aims to deliver items within 2-3 working days in the UK, 3–5 working days in Europe, 7–14 working days in the USA and Canada, and 6–12 working days elsewhere.

Please note that we cannot guarantee how long a package will take to arrive; the postal services in the UK and abroad may be affected by circumstances beyond anybody's control, particularly if your country inspects imports very slowly!


Can I pay extra to have my order delivered quicker?

We're working on making this a service that we offer automatically at the checkout, but it's not currently available. You can email us and most days we can work something out, but not always.


How do you package parcels?

Your items are all in plastic bags or boxes with labels - this keeps them clean and dry. We then put them into plain packaging with no branding or logos, and we give a discreet returns address on the outside of the package:

If we ship your package to a country outside the EU, we also include a customs declaration.


What is a customs declaration, and what do you write on it?

A customs declaration is a sticker that we attach to every package that we send to countries outside the European Union (EU). It declares the price of each item in the package, so that your government can charge you for any applicable sales taxes, duties or fees. We must fill this in accurately, because packages with incorrect declarations can be returned to us by customs officials.

For discretion, we use HS tariff codes - 8 digit identifying numbers - to describe the items that we send you, and say "Apparel". Customs officials will know what's inside the package, but nobody else will!


Help! I gave you the wrong address for my package!

Please contact us as soon as possible - we don't check addresses individually, so we may not notice. If your order is still in our warehouse, we'll do our best to change your address for you. If your order has left our warehouse, it's literally out of our hands - we can't get it back. Packages sent to incorrect addresses do eventually return to us, though, so we can usually sort it out. We'll do our best to find a solution that works for you.


Help! I want to combine my orders!

Please contact us. If your orders are still in our warehouse, we can usually combine them and ship them in one package. If we can do this, and if you have paid for shipping, we will refund one shipping charge.


Help! I haven't received my order!

Please check the status of your order. If you have created an account with us, you can do this by logging in here. If you have not created an account, you may need to contact us for this information.

If your order status is showing as "in progress", we are working on your order. We may be waiting for an item, packing it, or we may have contacted you for extra information. Please check your emails, including your "spam" or "junk" folders.

If your order status is showing as "completed", it has left our warehouse, and should be on its way to you. Your tracking information should be shown and you should have had an email with it in.
