It's that c-word time of year again.

It's that c-word time of year again.

We will be closed from the 23rd to the 4th inclusive. Also, the postal services are currently all a mess due to snow and strikes, sorry.

KMD currently consists of myself, Maz answering customer service emails and insta, Lou making 2 corsets a month, and Clare at the warehouse to make sure things get sent out.

We're all very part time. KMD is a reverse Tardis, much smaller inside than it looks  from the outside.

We're all taking a break over Christmas.
The national holidays in the UK means that between the 23rd December and the 4th January inclusive we basically have almost no chance of getting any parcels from A-B, as the post and couriers here don't work holidays or weekends here.

So, we're going to take the time to see our families and probably eat too much cheese.

If you order from in stock items, it will likely turn up in January.

If you buy something made to order, it will take about 2 weeks longer than usual.

If you read a social media status, it was probably an automated post.

If you send us an email, it might get answered or it might not, depending on how much sherry was in the cake ;)

Of course, this means I will extend the returns period. Don't panic - lets make it 30 days, that gives us all a chance to catch up :)

Postage deadlines

We use international tracked and UK 48 hour services by Royal Mail.  Friday 16th December is the last day we can send anything out definitely in time for UK delivery.
We have added a faster shipping option which will currently go by DPD instead. They are not guaranteeing anything - nobody is! - but they are generally getting there more reliably than RM.

Bear in mind that you also need to allow for time for made to order items to get ready, or for some brands to deliver to our warehouse.
