We'd recommend the small for a 32 A-C (or 34 A/B), the medium for a 34 A-C, and so on. You will get sideboob with it, because of the style.
If you are above a C, then it's worth trying up a size to get the coverage, but this is not something to go jogging in! Why not wear it as a cropped camisole under revealing tops, or a sleep bra?
